Voice-to-Chart Clinical AI

AI sidecar for veterinary clinics — transcribes Hebrew visit audio, extracts structured medical findings, generates copy-paste-ready chart text, and WhatsApps a summary to the pet owner.

Problem

Vets document while examining — eyes on the screen, not the animal — producing rushed, incomplete records under a heavy daily caseload.

Solution

Record the visit and let a LangGraph pipeline transcribe, extract structured findings, format text for the clinic system, and notify the owner over WhatsApp — designed for a clinic handling around 2,400 visits a month at about one cent per visit.

Results

  • Hebrew voice → structured chart
  • Designed for ~2,400 visits/mo
  • ~$0.01 per visit
  • Auto WhatsApp owner summaries

An AI sidecar that augments existing clinic-management systems rather than replacing them. The vet records the visit; a LangGraph pipeline transcribes Hebrew audio (Gemini for visit audio, Groq for voice notes), extracts patient, findings, and medications, formats copy-paste-ready text for the clinic system, and sends a WhatsApp summary to the pet owner — all async and non-blocking at roughly two to three minutes per visit.
