Our commitment
This is the personal portfolio site of Yonatan Gross (yonyon.ai). We want the site to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or browser zoom. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task, and we improve the site as we find issues.
Standard and target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In Israel, web accessibility is governed by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG. This is a statement of intent and best-effort conformance, not a certification or a legal guarantee that every page meets every criterion.
What we do
- Keyboard navigation. The site can be operated with a keyboard alone. A visible "skip to content" link is available, interactive elements are reachable in a logical order, and focus states are visible.
- Semantic structure and screen readers. Pages use semantic HTML landmarks and headings, images carry text alternatives, and interactive controls expose accessible names and ARIA where needed.
- Language and direction. Each page declares its language, and the Hebrew interface renders correctly right-to-left.
- Contrast and motion. We aim for AA-level color contrast, support browser zoom and reflow, and respect the operating system's reduced-motion setting for animations.
Known limitations
Some content is generated by third-party features, and parts of the site (for example the AI chat and embedded media) may not yet fully meet every AA criterion in every browser and assistive-technology combination. Where we are aware of a gap, we work to fix it. If you hit a barrier, please tell us so we can prioritize it.
